This is a fast-paced, collaborative position, where you will need to understand how and who to work with to orchestrate a program plan and successfully manage execution of that plan. This individual will work with a variety of individuals both within and outside the Design team. Experience in a creative, design-driven environment preferred Calm presence Confidentiality and discretion a must Eager to jump in and help in any way possible - one team mindset Description Description Work closely alongside the industrial designers to gain a deeper understanding of the design process
Oversee the design process and support project development where necessary
Ensure the industrial designers are aligned on project direction and the goals are achieved
Work closely with the SVP to identify design meeting topics, project focus and deliverables
Identify opportunities to engage with cross-functional disciplines within the greater design team and coordinate efforts between these design projects
Maintain project lists and regularly check-in with designers to track open design decisions
Engage with engineering teams to stay on top of company roadmaps and project deadlines
Engage with dedicated team to implement an agenda for project-focused offsite meetings
Develop and implement programs that promote cultural enrichment and new learning opportunities within the team
Effectively communicate venue, attendance, topics and other logistic expectations for offsite meetings to the admin team
Maintain thorough knowledge of a wide range of concurrent projects
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, marketing and other groups Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements 3-5 years relevant experience. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
