Summary Posted: Sep 7, 2023 Role Number: 200500354 The Worldwide Operations Finance team is looking for a Senior Logistics Financial Analyst to support the logistics financial forecast and close process. This position is the focal point for analysis, coordination and consolidation of the monthly WW forecast & quarter-end close for Distribution Center (DC) Spend and Finished Goods Inventory, and would work closely with finance and global operations teams! The ideal candidate possesses FP&A experience in a global or regional role. Previous operations finance experience is strongly preferred. The position crafts crucial reporting, analysis, business insight for senior executives. This person will clearly articulate the key business drivers related to global Finished Goods DC Spend and Inventory, and drive down to meaningful details with deep ad hoc modeling & analysis where vital. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years professional work experience. Hands-on financial experience performing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysis. Proven track record of capturing and analyzing large amounts of data at a macro and micro level. Able to build consensus and partner with cross-functional and cross-regional teams. Intrinsic desire to challenge the status quo, improve processes, and build value THE FOLLOWING WOULD BE A PLUS: Experience with database design and script writing in Filemaker, Python, etc. Experience with SAP, Tableau and/or other data visualization systems Description Description - Drive & support the global DC spend forecast process, provide direction and feedback to regional finance teams - Perform monthly forecast/quarter-end financial analysis and quarter-end close duties - Contribute to process reengineering & innovation of the areas of responsibility (process & depth of analysis) - Support WW Logistics/WW Supply Chain organizations in ad hoc analysis relating to cost drivers and new product costing related to freight - Work cross-functionally at all levels and departments (such as other Finance groups, IS&T, Facilities, Procurement, Logistics Operations, Planning etc.). Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred CPA/CMA/MBA is a plus. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
