Working with and leading SAP teams in different timezones Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Lead the team responsible for the upkeep of SAP enterprise system at Apple. Delivering production support for system functionality related to SD modules. Driving continuous improvement of system using the latest SAP solutions. Driving solution for Root Cause Analysis targeting reduction of Production Incident Monitor system health to support day to day business operations. Using experience in integration between SAP SD and GATP and understanding of GATP functions to lead projects and implement business solutions. Scaling and ensuring stability of SD solutions to meet high volume processing. Engaging and driving critical production system and business issues. Ensuring vendor team delivery, accountability, and operational excellence. Tracking key metrics and ensuring alignment to SLA.
