Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. 1 year of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) technical and functional knowledge in support role 2. Hi-Tech industry business process knowledge 3. Ability to co-ordinate with multiple technical and business teams 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize 5. Working with and leading SAP teams in different timezones Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Lead the team responsible for the upkeep of SAP enterprise system at Apple. Delivering production support for system functionality related to SD modules. Driving continuous improvement of system using the latest SAP solutions. Driving solution for Root Cause Analysis targeting reduction of Production Incident Monitor system health to support day to day business operations. Using experience in integration between SAP SD and GATP and understanding of GATP functions to lead projects and implement business solutions. Scaling and ensuring stability of SD solutions to meet high volume processing. Engaging and driving critical production system and business issues. Ensuring vendor team delivery, accountability, and operational excellence. Tracking key metrics and ensuring alignment to SLA.
