Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Systems Engineering, Retail Management, or related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. 2 years of experience with each of the following skills is required: 1. Retail industry knowledge and experience with supply chain; 2. Coordination of large IT projects rolling out region-specific programs in retail store; 3. Technical knowledge of applications and systems including: Point of sales and payment infrastructure, SAP, or ERP installations; 4. Requirement documentation and project milestone creation; 5. Software development methodology, change coordination, scope coordination, and release coordination. Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Cupertino, California and various unanticipated locations throughout the USA. Lead engineering and business teams to land on systematic solutions which support the procurement of materials and hardware to establish new product supply chains for international markets. Lead cross-functional project teams toward meeting project goals, resolving challenges, mitigating risk and keeping stakeholders informed. Responsible for end-to-end international expansion programs. Collect country specific retail nuances and regulations in order to best fit the needs of the new country in shortest possible time. Ensure the overall design aspects meet the needs of the final product. Work closely with business partners to document applications and system needs and queue them up with technology vendors and integrators to build software. Provide technical direction for projects, including defining project timelines and scope. Create and track the project plans, deliverables, dependencies, and outcome. Oversee day-to-day aspects of the project and its scope, including possible conflicting priorities and business interests. Work with procurement teams to identify technology vendor and determine the right equipment sourcing. Lead and coach new project managers. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166400 - $250400/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
