With deep functional expertise in digital, physical and people enablement spaces, WW CSO closely collaborate with many cross-functional teams at both WW and regional levels.
We are looking for an outstanding leader to modernize and drive the development and operations of our B2B eCommerce platform. You will be responsible to build key capabilities to improve the overall buying experience of our customers, enhance existing business processes to scale operations of new product launches and lead the team to complete the day-to-day operations of the platform to support our channel business. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Proven experience (10+ years) in B2B eCommerce, or related roles, with a track record of driving successful initiatives and platform enhancements. Technical knowledge of eCommerce systems and trends, with ability and knowledge to understand how this works, and able to articulate the need from a customer and business lens. Creative problem solver with the ability to challenge the status quo, and think outside of the box. Demonstrated strategic capabilities, clearly able to articulate strategic framework and process Demonstrates consistent track record of leadership, teamwork, and delivering high impact results. Develop and Implement Strategy - Craft a comprehensive strategy for our B2B eCommerce platform that aligns with business goals. Drive the implementation of key capabilities aimed at enhancing the overall buying experience for our customers.
2. Enhance Business Processes - Find opportunities to streamline and enhance existing business processes to efficiently scale operations for new product launches and business growth. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth integration of processes.
3. Digital Platform Back-end Ops - Oversee the day-to-day operations of the B2B eCommerce platform. Ensure seamless functionality, troubleshoot issues, and lead efforts to continuously optimize the platform's performance.
4. Team Leadership - Lead and inspire a team of developers, designers, analysts, and other specialists. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
5. Customer-Centric Approach - Champion a customer-centric mentality across the team. Regularly gather and analyze customer feedback to inform platform improvements that enhance user satisfaction.
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Sales, Operations, BPR, IST, to align the B2B eCommerce platform with overall business objectives and strategies.
7. Technology and Innovation - Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies related to B2B eCommerce. Identify innovative solutions to enhance platform capabilities and drive competitive advantage.
8. Performance Analysis - Apply data-driven insights to monitor platform performance, track key indicators, and provide regular reporting to senior management. Use insights to guide strategic decisions and platform enhancements. Education & Experience Education & Experience Information Technology, Business or related field Degree. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $218,200 and $328,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
