Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses! Apple has one of the largest and highest-threat dockets of litigation in the world, involving thousands of open matters across the globe. In this key role, you will be challenged to do the most creative legal work of your career in high-impact situations. You will manage disputes and lead a team of in-house attorneys in managing disputes, who in turn supervise a diverse array of external counsel. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 15+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience Juris doctorate (or equivalent) and admitted to the bar in good standing required Trial experience in American and, if possible, foreign courts and international arbitral tribunals Deep knowledge and experience in a wide variety of subject areas, such as antitrust, class actions, privacy, product safety, securities Ability to build strong working relationships with internal business clients at all levels of management and cross-functional teams to develop solutions to sophisticated legal and business problems Strong analytical and problem solving skills, a strategic thinker who can handle a complex and varied docket of considerable size Ability to work independently and collaboratively Experience as a leader and people manager Excellent oral and written communication skills Description Description You will be responsible for formulating and driving litigation strategy and have a natural ability to lead and collaborate. You will communicate with individuals at all levels and in all roles, including executives, engineers, business partners and adversaries, as well as thrive in uncertain situations that require seasoned judgment and agility. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $292,600 and $467,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
