The Cloud Products and Platform program team within Apple Services Engineering is seeking an extraordinary Engineering Program Manager with a deep understanding of technology and a genuine passion for delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. They will run programs alongside a very hardworking engineering organization responsible for account related features ranging from 2FA (2 factor authentication), Recovery Contact, Legacy contact and many more across all platforms from iOS to the newly introduced visionOS. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of proven technical project management experience in software development on large cross functional programs. Knowledge of full lifecycle development process including working with product managers for requirement analysis, all the way to collaborating with QA engineering for test plan reviews Experience at prioritizing features and technical roadmaps Able to get along with large internal cross functional teams, gathering input on evolving needs and sharing both needs and project status with senior leaders Ability to handle multiple simultaneous technical projects and partner community comprising of various engineering teams and their partners Strong facilitation skills (requirements sessions, design meetings, progress and status meetings) Previous experience working on consumer facing products that includes working with visual design groups Ability to work with both client teams working on UI elements, but also server / backend focussed engineering teams Self-starter, self-motivated, focused, self-sufficient Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal, to all levels of an organization Description Description As a program manager in ASE, you will partner with engineers, marketing, legal, security/privacy to launch and operate features that surprise and delight our end-users and developers. This is not a task-based job; you will drive successful outcomes and delivery. We are looking for people with proven track records, depth and breadth in leading and shipping complex programs under demanding timelines. We seek a hands-on technical PM with a strong project management toolkit, who can get elbow deep in defining requirements, coordinate technical design discussions among multiple teams/partners, navigate issues and ambiguity to implement the project to a committed timeline. YOU WILL: Drive the meetings needed to establish and document the scope of the project. The EPM is expected to have an informed perspective on what should be included / excluded as a partner with the Engineering Manager (EM) Plan and maintain the cross-functional schedule for the program, establishing milestones, achievements, and work breakdowns using established templates Schedule, publish agendas, run, and summarize decisions / action items for meetings where EPM involvement is needed with collaborators, teams and cross-functional partners Partner with the EM to ensure the work is prioritized to meet the project expectations and offer data and planning expertise for working through prioritization challenges Participate and facilitate teams working through technical challenges and decisions. Remain curious to understand and be able to represent the overall system design independently Establish and document known risks, dependencies, and other information central to the project as required Work with the EM as an informed product / service / framework partner to participate in feature ideas, insights, and feedback Drive the collaboration with other teams within the org and across Apple including Security, Legal, Privacy and Design (HI). This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $160,700 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
