Together with your team, you’ll provide the critical support needed worldwide for all Apple products and businesses. We are looking for a litigator with great judgment and communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to manage the day to day progress of content litigation cases worldwide—spanning copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and speech-related claims. You will be a self-starter who can quickly learn Apple's content litigation docket and practices, identify and manage risks and exposures, find strategic opportunities for resolution, and distill complex legal concepts into practical business guidance quickly. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of major law firm and/or in-house content litigation experience focusing on media and entertainment litigation and non-patent IP litigation, including copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and speech-related claims. Content and rights clearance counseling experience a plus. Strong technology interest and aptitude. Preference given to candidates who have significant trial and/or arbitration experience. Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential. Description Description As a member of Apple's IP Litigation case management team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will be directly engaged in formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients on content litigation matters across the globe and a wide range of novel copyright, trademark, right of publicity, and speech-related issues. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment and a trial-focused approach. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $179,400 and $269,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs.
