The LMS System Analyst will be responsible for the technology administration, functionality, enhancements, and customer service for two Learning Management Systems (LMS), The Grove, and ATLAS. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Strong understanding of the technical aspects of learning management systems, including their installation, configuration, and maintenance. Proficiency in working with LMS platforms such as SABA LMS. Managing LMS user roles and permissions. Setting up and managing audiences. Uploading and organizing course materials, multimedia files, assessments, and other resources within the LMS. Description Description TECHNOLOGY ADMINISTRATION: - Support creation of new courses shells, curricula, learning paths, collections in the system and testing. - Engage with engineering teams on new enhancements - Support with onboarding new employees and manage employee access to platforms - Manage provisioning for new team members and vendors - Create quarterly reports on usage and training data - Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager and Saba. FUNCTIONALITY AND ENHANCEMENTS - Develop trainings for new features on the Platform - Participate in all UAT testing on the platform - Create Help tickets to improve functionality - Create UAT scripts for new functionalities or enhancements - Develop “wish list” of enhancements to improve the platforms - Prioritize enhancements based on user experience - Represent EHS to development team during development phase of features CUSTOMER SERVICE - Manage the “help email” address - Route all customer derived help tickets to the right entity - Manage all customer derived help tickets to resolution Education & Experience Education & Experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
