Summary Posted: Oct 4, 2023 Role Number: 200508506 The Video Computer Vision organization is working on exciting technologies for future Apple products. Our focus is on ML based solution around real time image and video. We have contributed to the FaceID, FaceKit projects, LIDAR iPad sensor, and more recently Vision Pro. In this role, you will be part of the core data infrastructure team for the Video Computer Vision organization. We are looking for an enthusiastic and full stack engineer to help design, develop and deliver new experience to our web data platforms. The candidate should have a good understanding of design, attention to detail, engineering discipline, and strong sense of product ownership. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications +2 years of Python +2 years of Django Framework +1 year of front end experience HTML/CSS/JS +1 Years experience with a major cloud platform e.g. AWS +1 Years experience with a typed language (Go, Rust to name a few) Mature engineering practices, attention to detail and testing Comfortable with Git, REST API's, GraphQL, Airflow or other workflow system, SQL and NoSQL databases. Comfortable dealing with data at Petabyte scale. Description Description We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated software engineer with experience in cloud technologies, who can build tools to process data from a wide range of computer vision systems. As an engineer on our team, your work provides the data foundation for a highly collaborative team of hardware, user experience, and deep learning experts. We are looking for engineers that have a high attention to detail, and who can abstract these details into framework level software solutions. This position requires someone who has a passion for data integrity and is privacy-minded. Responsibilities: Develop, manage, and test web applications and REST APIs. Build and maintain video processing pipelines, analyze and monitor system performance, represent our team within multi-functional groups. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
