Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Proven experience leading a business solutions-oriented organization that balances delivering on short-term goals while creating sustainable value for new customers and demand for the future, or 8 - 12+ years of experience leading Enterprise sales organizations Knowledge of the Canadian enterprise commercial reseller channel Demonstrated expertise building strong and productive relationships with strategic partners, ensuring that partnerships are driving top line revenue growth Strong analytical, financial and business acumen Excellent presentation/story-telling skills to influence and persuade Positive and approachable with an ability to motivate and inspire other Ability to build trusted relationships with Partners' C-level suite Ability to take the initiative and can challenge the status quo. Description Description Build and lead exceptional Enterprise Channel sales teams; assemble the right people, motivate them, and provide them with the right tools and support. Partner closely with our reseller’s leadership to build and implement business development plans that capture the hearts and minds of their salesforce. Enable their success by providing programs, training, and tools to grow their Apple business. Ensure that these plans are embedded into our Major Accounts, Industry, and Strategic Partner teams’ plans. Implement Apple’s Enterprise worldwide go-to-market plan for our region, coordinate the funding and prioritization of reseller activities in-market, and manage regional demand generation plans. Consolidate and share feedback to assess and communicate the strength and effectiveness of the partnership. Identify new business transformation opportunities and support these deals through to closure. Facilitate sales activity, share status and progress to the reseller, customer and Apple sales teams, mobilizing resources for growth and delivery.
