AppleCare BPR Planning, Portfolio and Change (PPC) is looking for an expert technical writer, communicator, and trainer to develop and implement our AppleCare Knowledge Management program and strategy. This is a global role that involves partnering with AppleCare collaborators based in the US, EMEIA and APAC Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Outstanding writing, editing, and formatting skills Experience transforming content using formatting, visuals, and multimedia platforms to build a great user experience Great teammate that collaborates with writers, solution architects, subject matter experts, and other partners Ability to express ideas clearly and diplomatically, communicating effectively across multicultural global teams and timezones Excellent presentation skills, with high degree of comfort presenting to varying audience sizes and levels Experience in developing and delivering relevant, effective training based on evolving business needs Passion for research and learning; quickly become proficient with new tools and software Independently anticipate and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills and ability to balance multiple projects on tight timelines Motivated, flexible, resourceful, diligent self starter that works with minimal direction toward predetermined goals PMO and/or project management experience a plus Understanding of how readers find and use content on the web, preferred Description Description Author clear, simple written content on systems, processed, and tools, on-boarding, and support materials Facilitate subject matter experts through content creation and delivery Coordinate and structure content to make it more engaging and discoverable Collaborate openly and effectively with a range of stakeholders Analyze underperforming content and suggest ways to enhance it Manage multiple projects and communicate status proactively Develop and deliver relevant, effective training to our organization based on evolving business needs Look for ways to continuously improve the delivery of knowledge to our key stakeholders Maintain comprehensive onboarding plan for new employees Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in technical communication, writing/composition, or similar field (Master's degree in technical communication preferred) Minimum 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years with a Master's degree Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
