The Solution Engineer team is responsible for long term customer success, enabling transformation through execution of Apple standard methodology and development of a modern IT infrastructure. You will advise customers on standard processes, you work closely with technical and non-technical customers communicating and partnering with both. You work with customers and channel partners across India region.
You have experience delivering technical business transformation projects to large enterprises. Or you bring at least 5 years of experience in a consultative pre-sales engineering experience. You have expert level hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM), mobile hardware and software, network infrastructure, and Apple technologies. Or you bring 5 years experience problem solving IT problems in a multiple platform environment. You have qualifications and certifications from leading hardware, software and infrastructure vendors.
You have experience in managing macOS or IOS hardware or software deployments or environments at scale. You have excellent customer-facing technical presentation, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Or you bring extensive years of experience as an Account Executive for large Enterprises.
