Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Experience with: Digital design and VLSI concepts, latest transistor technology Software algorithms and scripting languages like TCL, Perl, and Python Hardware description languages like VHDL, Verilog, and System Verilog Synthesis tools like Design/Fusion compiler or Genus Formal verification tools like Formality or Conformal Timing verification tools like PrimeTime or Tempus Synthesis, placement, CTS, routing, and timing sign PPA improvement using different techniques Analytical and debugging skills Description Description - Develop, maintain, and improve existing systems for Synthesis, Physical Synthesis, LEC, and Scan Insertion. - Support multiple design teams and work with CAD engineers to integrate solutions in different flows. - Work on state-of-the-art power, performance, and area improvement techniques. - Contribute to in-house ML infrastructure to predict and improve silicon performance. - Study bottlenecks in performance and runtime. - Perform correlation studies between Synthesis and PNR flow stages. - Analyze Synthesis optimization algorithm to study bottlenecks in performance and runtime. - Analyze PPA metrics through the flow and study and improve commit rates and attempts of various optimization techniques. - Survey research papers.
