Multimedia Communications Designer - Operations

We’re looking for someone with well-developed graphic design and illustration skills with proven experience producing photo and videos for internal communications. You'll apply your love for helping shape stories and deliver important messages. The job will require driving projects from initial concept to final delivery, partnering closely with the Operations Executive teams, Human Resources, and various other teams and employees across Operations. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 6+ years of experience in the creative and design field, videography, content creation and storytelling for internal communications Driven, detail-oriented content creation with an ability to expertly lead projects from initial concept to final delivery Hands on experience with content management systems and tools such as Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Final Cut Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency and efficiently without compromising quality or accuracy Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and promote collaboration between internal stakeholders Proactive approach in resolving challenges and issues Description Description Provide graphic design, videography and illustration support for: Operations events including global town hall meetings, speaker series, customer briefings, presentations to other Apple teams etc. Support all internal communications and vendor related communications design needs Collaborate on developing content for multiple internal websites Operations is a large, diverse, global group and this resource will be responsible for supporting the many leadership teams Education & Experience Education & Experience BA/BFA degree in Graphic Design, Communications or other related discipline required Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
