We are seeking an outstanding individual to join the WW Offers and Business Development team to drive effective implementation and ongoing management of the Partner Engagement Matrix (PEM). This position involves coordinating the definition of KPI’s and integrating data from various teams into a single system. In addition, this role will own the Offers Reporting Project and will be entrusted with all reporting and tool development requirements for the Worldwide Offers and Business Development team. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8-10+ years of experience in a technical, project management role, preferably within a large-scale corporate environment Proven track record of successfully managing complex data-driven projects with multiple stakeholders Strong understanding of reporting tools, database management systems, and data analytics methodologies Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams Strong attention to detail and problem solving ability Familiarity with the specific demands and challenges of pricing and offers is highly preferred Description Description In this role, you will: - Drive technical coordination between Ascent stakeholders (e.g., SMEs, GBI) - Lead the successful execution of the Partner Engagement Matrix (PEM) by setting clear objectives, defining scope, allocating resources, and ensuring timely results - Monitor the PEM project lifecycle, anticipate roadblocks, devise solutions, and deliver regular updates to stakeholders - Develop and maintain product roadmap for PEM, including enhancements and backlog items - Update and maintain PEM rules engine (i.e., CEF) and detailed grading guide in Ascent - Correspond with Ascent users regarding bugs and feature requests - Assist our Business Process Re-Engineering teams with training and onboarding new users to PEM Module - Own the Offers Reporting Project from inception to delivery, ensuring all milestones are achieved in line with expectations - Collaborate internally to understand reporting needs and tool requirements - Lead the development of custom reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics platforms in alignment with the team’s objectives - Act as the primary point of contact for all partners involved in the PEM, Offers Reporting, and other related projects - Monitor project outcomes, collect feedback, and recommend changes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and value delivery Education & Experience Education & Experience - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required - Master’s degree (MBA) preferred Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $141,100 and $212,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
