The Retail Customer Care (RCC) Readiness Sr. Manager will lead a worldwide team focused on strategizing, planning and delivering flawless launches of new products, campaigns, and strategic projects to our global centers. By aligning people, process and technologies, the RCC Readiness Sr. Manager will ensure the integrity of the moment is preserved and enhanced by enabling the best possible customer experience.

Description Description Lead and develop a high performing team, managing launches of all Apple-branded products, promotions, and initiatives with varying complexity and scope.
Prepare cross-functional contact center teams on new product launch plans. Synthesize complex situations to deliver relevant message to correct team. Provide timely updates and elevate critical risks to cross-functional and executive teams.
Drive the regional contact center execution plan for a varied set of launch events, ranging from keynote events to immediate product launches.
Lead the team to continuously refine strategic guidelines to adapt to changing paradigms.
Build a deep understanding of multi-function operational processes within Online Store business & system processes, and Order Fulfillment Operations.
Provide leadership, guidance, and employee development to Retail Contact Center Readiness Regional Managers and Program Managers. Guide in the development and execution of priority initiatives.
