You will lead the team responsible for Mail on iOS, iPadOS, MacOS, and other emerging platforms, and work with them and your cross-functional to deliver the next generation of extraordinary and delightful experiences within Mail. With your leadership, we will bring new communication concepts to Apple’s platforms.
As a hands-on engineering leader, you will drive system function and features and provide overall software architecture direction for Mail. Looking into the future of what’s possible, you will identify the steps vital to bring us there and enable your team to build that future. Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $210,900 and $364,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
