Experience and/or education must include: Project or Program Management Ability to use Project Management software for Software, Hardware and Digital projects Software development methodologies – Agile, Scrum or Waterfall Influence product quality Identify statistically significant volume and trends Data analysis Description Description APPLE INC has the following available in Austin, Texas. Program/project management of customer insights and quality improvements for apple care involving apple software, hardware and digital products. Generate business driven insights using data science - based in analyzed channels of customer feedback in order to identify opportunities for product design and quality. Market feature request to influence product quality in partnership with apple care software, hardware and digital readiness and response engineering. Identify statistically significant volume and velocity changes over time in social media , SEO and forums. Correlate trends and expand insight into customer on-domain behavior. Perform cross channel analysis based on ad-hoc/incident specific algorithms - across multiple products and incorporating trend analysis across customer feedback channels. Identify technical and non-technical root causes and coordinate prioritization and implementation of corrective action together with the core engineering teams - quantify impact using quality marketing-driven business metrics. Collaborating with internal and external partners such as contact center, marketing, engineering, retail, field service , global and regional teams to identify, influence and implement NPI opportunities. Lead post launch on-going digital insight initiatives , monitor top customer support drivers and identify corrective actions. Influence execution of corrective action and sustain a quality feedback loop. Primary representative for cross functional updates and status, strategy , execution , delivery and issue resolution. Coordinate all aspects of apple product launches : conduct core team meetings to discuss strategy, progress tracking and risks for apple product launches from start to finish. Coordinate digital amplification or additional asset leveraging between teams to maximize positive business impact and operational optimizations. Provide pre launch and post-launch updates across multiple levels of leadership and senior management (internal and external). Identify project and program risks , create and coordinate mitigation and contingency plans for in-flight and NPI projects and programs. International Travel 10% Required. 40 hours/week.
