The Vision Products Group (VPG) is looking for an experienced highly technical EPM to join the team driving system integration of a new product category. If you have broad experience across various key hardware technologies (e.g displays, cameras, RF, algorithms, custom silicon), a strong product/customer focus, and the ability to drive various system integration and validation approaches and methods we’d love to hear from you. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years experience managing cross-functional teams across various program stages(architecture, integration, validation) Excellent team player whom is self motivated, proactive, and has a high attention to detail Strong technical background in Electrical, Mechanical, or Software Engineering Proven track record of driving system integration and validation in complex hardware products Proactive and highly self-motivated; good critical thinking capabilities and strong attention to detail Understands and works well in a rapidly evolving development program. Remains flexible, eager to learn, and works well in times of uncertainty. Ability to travel internationally Description Description As a System Integration EPM, you will work closely with mechanical, electrical, algorithm, and software teams in TDG and across the company to drive integration and validation of highly optimized hardware products.
You will be responsible for:
Lead internal and external cross-functional teams in system integration and validation activities
Work with architecture EPMs to gain a full understanding of the integration scope and define how the team will validate each feature
Understand and communicate complex, technical/engineering issues
Drive resolution to integration/architectural gaps to feed into subsequent engineering builds Education & Experience Education & Experience BS/MS EE/CE/CS/ME or equivalent work experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $132,300 and $241,500, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
