Key Qualifications Key Qualifications You have 10 years or more of experience within the build environment with a proven focus in delivering high-impact green building projects and programs. Experience developing and applying innovative decarbonization, water reduction, waste management, healthy building material strategies on large-scale corporate projects and programs. You are passionate about creating and leading strategic environmental programs, setting goals and driving impact. You have experience driving environmental objectives that support large-scale corporate targets. You have extraordinary project development experience, and the ability to run and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and timescales. You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and excel at establishing relationships; you have exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You are a great teammate with experience working with and motivating technical teams in a sophisticated organization, resolving issues and building consensus during the project lifecycle. You are curious; able to learn quickly and adapt. You are self-motivated and proactive self-starter, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities. You are comfortable developing and presenting, technical-level presentations to cross functional teams and leaders. Description Description - Lead and support non-reporting, cross functional team to develop healthy building strategy for varying real estate typologies all in alignment with Apple’s environmental goals - Serve as our Sustainability lead/SME of Real Estate & Development’s real estate, design development, construction and preservation processes. Support the execution of our green building standards into partner programs. - Engage with internal and external experts to develop environmental standards and build internal processes and engagements to enable the scaling of solutions across Apple's physical real estate assets - Clearly communicate sophisticated environmental strategies to technical and non-technical audiences alike. - Develop and maintain key cross functional partnerships all working together to realize Apple’s environmental targets - Partner with internal operations and communications team to develop and implement training programs that support effective change management - Track, trend and analyze ongoing progress and identify opportunities to improve programmatic efficiencies - Partner with business partners to identify and build tools needed to support program Education & Experience Education & Experience - Bachelors degree in engineering, physics, science, architecture, or other technical field Additional Requirements Additional Requirements - Willingness to travel Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,900 and $250,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
