Apple’s Competition and Regulatory group is looking for a qualified individual to join the team. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Minimum 3 years of legal experience working on competition and/or regulatory legal issues Ability to clearly prioritize and advise through excellent written and verbal communications Excellent ability to analyze problems and come up with practical, workable solutions Best suited for a self-starter who is curious, embraces technology and thrives in a dynamic environment Government competition law experience a plus Description Description - Advise the company on a variety of complex competition and regulatory law issues (e.g., EU Digital Markets Act) - Help drive strategy and engagement on competition and regulatory matters across the globe - Provide competition law and regulatory compliance counseling to clients at all levels of management and across all Apple business groups - Partner with our Government Affairs and Products teams to engage with regulators and policy makers Education & Experience Education & Experience JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
