Our team is seeking an extraordinary Cellular software Engineer to drive the Verification and Validation for a sophisticated cellular network environment. We’re looking for someone with good technical skills and a passion for working across diverse disciplines, building technology that will make a difference in driving innovation that matters! Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Proven experience in defining and developing validation and verification environments for 4G/5G Cellular mobile networks Experience with system testing, including feature validation, test strategy, and problem troubleshooting Deep understanding and experience with mobile networks, especially on 3GPP LTE, 4G, and 5G standards in RAN and core and the different interfaces Experience configuring and managing RAN performance Experience with network and UE simulation tools Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Matlab Experience developing CI/CD pipelines Desirable to have hands-on experience in mobile wireless system-level verification and validation Inventive and able to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy Description Description Responsible for system and feature validation, systems and performance analysis for a sophisticated mobile network Integrate and test RAN and 5GC with real and simulated UE for performance and load testing Responsible for the analysis and verification of algorithms for next-generation mobile wireless network Design and implement state-of-the-art verification and validation environments for a mobile network Education & Experience Education & Experience BS EE or equivalent required; MS EE or equivalent preferred Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,500 and $243,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
