Our team seeks a Software Engineer, Cellular RAN, to work on groundbreaking cellular technologies across different layers. The position involves developing core cellular technologies focusing on the different RAN protocol layer that solves unique challenges.
We’re looking for someone with good technical skills and a passion for working across diverse disciplines, building technology that will make a difference in driving innovation that matters! Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Strong Software Engineering skills, including design, programming (C, C++, scripts), and debugging Extensive understanding and experience with mobile networks, especially on 3GPP LTE, 4G, and 5G standards in RAN and core and the different interfaces In-depth understanding of the different RAN Protocol layers Experience modeling, designing, and validating wireless RAN protocol software Experience developing CI/CD pipelines Excellent debugging skills Desirable to have hands-on experience with mobile wireless system-level performance and debug Able to work under own initiative and with a high degree of autonomy Description Description Responsible for the design, analysis, and verification of core cellular protocol technologies
Translation of network architecture to network development activity
Design and implement RAN protocol algorithms to improve system performance
Work with cross-layer wireless protocol software teams to integrate and debug the different mobile network protocol layers

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $161,700 and $284,900, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
