We are looking for an outstanding senior software engineer to architect and develop innovative algorithms and infrastructure for the next generation of thoughtful and personal products we deliver. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 10+ years of experience in developing large scale software Experience prototyping and developing mobile software products Passionate about storytelling, curation, and multi-media presentations Excellent analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills Experience with Apple system level APIs and frameworks Expert knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming Firm grasp of asynchronous programming concepts Ability to develop and optimize code to run on a constrained environment Familiarities with Knowledge Graph and Traversal Algorithms Demonstrated expertise with Objective-C / C++ / Swift or similar languages Description Description In this role you will ideate, prototype and build new intelligence algorithms and product features to power new Photos experiences related to Photos For You, Memories, and People. The candidate needs to show initiative, take ownership of a problem and work cross-functionally to collect information, solve problems and disseminate findings. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $170,700 and $300,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
