We’re looking for a Mechanical Specialist to lead mechanical system operations across multiple buildings throughout the Santa Clara Valley. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on experience in a high-paced multi-facility setting, prioritizing exceptional service to a demanding clientele. Demonstrated self-management skills, including the ability to plan and prioritize tasks. Strong customer service orientation with proven problem-solving capabilities. Effective communication skills, capable of providing clear directions to contractors and vendors. Quick learner, able to adapt and address issues proactively. Detail-oriented with a keen focus on quality. Availability for on-call support for emergencies or issues outside regular working hours. Interface professionally with employees, co-workers, building representatives, and contractors. Supervise a diverse range of HVAC vendors while also being hands-on in performing some tasks. Manage preventative maintenance programs focusing on HVAC services, repairs, and periodic maintenance. Collaborate effectively as a team player and deliver exceptional customer service. Provide leadership, either by directly assigning work or coordinating with external contractors. Ensure all tasks are completed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner. Work independently and remotely with moderate to minimal supervision. Description Description Competence in building management system engineering.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to express ideas clearly and objectively, orally and in writing. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred.

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
