Apple's Worldwide Sales Finance, FP&A org is seeking an outgoing goal-oriented finance professional with an analytic mind to join our growing team. This team works alongside Geo FP&A teams and supports WW Sales teams. As the FP&A OPEX Financial Analyst you will have the outstanding ability to participate in all aspects of Sales OPEX including deep dives into HC analytics and driving prioritization in OPEX spend across the organization. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 3+ years in financial business planning, operations and/or FP&A Ability to quickly build relationships and partner cross-functionally at all levels of the organization Familiarity with standard end-to-end financial processes such as forecast, close, analysis, and reporting Success leading multiple activities, projects, priorities, and people in a dynamic, fast-growing, and results-driven environment Comfortable applying fundamental accounting principles Independent, self-motivated, and exhibits the highest standards of accuracy and organization skills Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills required Ability to gain an understanding of the functionality of various systems Experience and knowledge in GBI reporting, Essbase, eApproval, and Tableau Outstanding attention-to-detail and organizational skills Description Description - Forecasting and reporting Headcount and Operating Expenses for WW Sales teams - Assist with any accruals at quarter-end closes as the Financial Analyst for WW Sales teams in eApproval, ensuring teams are staying within approved budgets and Apple expense policies - Approval of headcount tracking number requests for Geo and WW teams - Analysis of Total Sales program spend, consolidating Geo submissions, and providing summaries in FoF, QoQ, and YoY bridges - Master data ownership, lead set-up and maintenance for Key tools, including HRT, cost center and budget hierarchy roll-up, and eApproval - Analyze and partner with data experts to elevate our capabilities, using Excel, Essbase, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, and other powerful analytical tools - Contribute to ad-hoc analysis as needed by business Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent field Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $105,200 and $197,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
