The RDM Retail Real Estate Services Team, is responsible for the operation of the Retail Real Estates Central Fleet Management & PMO functions implementing strategically significant plans & objectives worldwide. As the Fleet Management & Operations Lead, you will play a key role in the implementation of strategic objectives and real estate strategy securing the future direction of our Retail Stores. Through a team of professionals you will lead and manage the day to day fleet management operation and PMO functions innovating across Apple Retail. You will be trusted partner to the Senior Leadership. You will coach, lead and empower team members to do their best work. This role will report into the WW Director of Real Estate Services will have management responsibility. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Minimum 10 years of proven experience in commercial Real Estate; at least five years in managing a team while establishing and implementing a vision, goals and execution plans. An extraordinary doer who can connect the dots at the macro/micro levels. Skilled at crafting and leading strategic-planning with a strong understanding of compliance needs & implementation. Strong problem-solver that can drive efficiencies in fleet management through partnership across and through the retail real estate organization. Diplomatic leadership style involving negotiating, representing wide interests, and leading/resolving potential issues, deployment of clear decision making. Excellent communication and presentation skills, including extensive experience addressing every level of a large organization. Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment operating at both strategic and tactical levels. Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and efficiently balance multiple & complex priorities. Expert knowledge of program and project management, with proficiency in tools (e.g. frameworks, change management, dependency management, risk management). Experienced in stating decisions with senior leadership alongside evolving priorities. Enjoy empowering, mobilizing, inspiring, and leading teams with and without direct authority. Description Description * People manager that will build capabilities of individuals and teams through employee development, involvement, communication and mentorship. As an expert in Retail Real Estate, you'll successfully implement worldwide strategies and activate cross-functional partners through engagement when launching new processes and strategies. * Inspire the team to implement global initiatives whilst adopting new business intelligence tools and efficient processes. This includes implementing standardized processes to meet compliance and management needs (e.g. for efficient implementation of real estate decisions and strategic objectives). * On-point for senior leadership engagement and alignment, facilitating and supporting key real estate decisions, raising issues, and identifying obstacles impeding success. * Develop and maintain strong relationships for key partner teams to ensure successful implementation of process improvements and initiatives; influencing through your deep understanding of Apple Real Estate business and practices. Education & Experience Education & Experience Bachelors and/or Masterʼs degree in relevant field (MBA a plus), or equivalent experience. Experience in Retail Real Estate and Development is preferred. Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,400 and $264,100, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
