We are the Product Systems Quality team, and we're seeking a highly motivated and creative engineer who loves solving technical problems. We are a team of hard-working engineers responsible for driving the quality of Apple display technologies across iPhone, iPad and Mac. You will design and run end-to-end tests to deliver outstanding display features for our customers. You’ll use your technical expertise to solve problems at the intersection of hardware and software. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to represent key issues and drive them to resolution. Come join our team! Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Passionate about product quality and customer experience Curiosity about modern display technologies, test tools and methodologies Strong knowledge of Unix, shell scripting and python Experience designing and running end-user scenario based test plans Experience testing complex systems involving multiple pieces of hardware and software Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence without authority Excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-learner; independent and technically curious Description Description - Design comprehensive test plans to validate display features and experience across common and corner customer scenarios - Run tests to identify, isolate and drive key issues to closure by partnering with hardware, software and quality teams - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and in-region labs to drive test design, coverage reviews, execution and reporting - Be the champion for quality in every phase of the development process Education & Experience Education & Experience - BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or equivalent experience Additional Requirements Additional Requirements Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $125,800 and $229,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
