Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Depth of experience with engineering, data analysis, machine learning or fraud detection/response Education or experience in project management Ability to think broadly about business, customer and system impact Ability to learn complex processes, then simplify and explain to different audiences Ability to productively guide negotiation among folks with differing opinions Ability to motivate and empower others to do their best work The ideal candidate is inquisitive and has a desire for continued self-improvement and development of new skills Description Description An EPM in this role will -Support our operations—managing business critical metrics by partnering closely with fraud investigators, data scientists and engineers -Get into the details on analytical projects -Prioritize bug fixes and feature requests to balance urgent operational responses with continuously improving the quality, speed and impact of fraud investigation efforts -Build partnerships with leaders across multiple teams and regions -Drive intra- and cross-team projects from inception through release and monitoring -Keep partners informed -Work under limited supervision, use good judgment and know when to seek guidance If this sounds like a role in which you could excel, please apply to this posting.
