In this role, you will help create and drive strategic roadmaps and coordinate quick tactical responses. Our aim is to address financial fraud without sacrificing customer experience. Given the adversarial nature of fraud, we are constantly challenged to innovate together, drawing from diverse perspectives as we design and build new solutions. You will acquire a deep understanding of fraud investigation, financial payment methods, our products and processes, so that you can support and influence that innovation.

-Support our operations—managing business critical metrics by partnering closely with fraud investigators, data scientists and engineers
-Get into the details on analytical projects
-Prioritize bug fixes and feature requests to balance urgent operational responses with continuously improving the quality, speed and impact of fraud investigation efforts
-Build partnerships with leaders across multiple teams and regions
-Drive intra- and cross-team projects from inception through release and monitoring
-Keep partners informed
-Work under limited supervision, use good judgment and know when to seek guidance
