We are establishing a team to support our SAP Landscape Modernization program. You will partner and work alongside our functional and technical teams to modernize our existing systems and platforms to meet our growth. The ideal candidate is someone with a consistent track record, sound SAP development knowledge, and skills in delivering large scale complex SAP solutions through migrations, upgrades, and new implementation with the ability to lead the development work stream through planning, execution, and warranty of an implementation project. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 8+ years of experience in developing SAP solutions using ABAP, with a focus on RICEFW, OData, and other integration techniques. Hands-on experience with application programming on SAP S/4HANA, including restful application programming, core data services, performance optimization, and more. Multiple S/4HANA conversion project experiences, transforming SAP ECC development objects to SAP S/4HANA architecture. Experience leading the development workstream on SAP transformation projects, responsible for oversight of activities in RICEF objects leveraging agile methodology. Solid understanding of development differences between SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA, including architecture design, data model changes, custom code, SLT replication, integration, and interfaces. Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA development activities to prepare and remediate custom objects with tools such as ABAP Test Cockpit, S/4HANA Readiness Check, and ABAP Development Tool. Strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and ability to own and drive outcomes. Description Description As a Senior SAP Application Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the planning, development, and deployment of our SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA transformation project.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Deliver high-quality SAP solutions within a dynamic environment and challenging timelines.
Develop a successful dual maintenance strategy for huge volume of ABAP objects during S/4HANA conversion.
Develop and implement best practices and guidelines for SAP S/4HANA development.
Develop reusable and flexible technical frameworks for future projects.
Drive issue resolution across teams with excellent problem-solving skills.
Lead integration across various SAP process areas/technology.
Demonstrate flexibility to work with multi-regional teams across different time zones.
