Apple is looking for a driven, highly organized professional to serve as an EHS Incident Program Lead. Become a part of our team that coordinates and responds to local emergencies, investigates incidents worldwide and manages emergency and incident data and reports. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of emergency response in corporate settings, skills with data analysis and reporting, and extensive work in EHS investigations. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications 10+ year track record with EHS incident investigation including analytic techniques Deep experience as Incident Commander for emergency responses (medical, facilities, natural disasters, hazardous materials) in corporate settings Ability to develop written programs, standards and implementation tools for global EHS organization Strong working knowledge of global Environment, Health and Safety regulations and codes (EU, EPA, OSHA, DHS, IEC, IFC, ISO) History of establishing Emergency Response Teams in high technology industry Understanding of hazards and risks in lab, manufacturing, retail, warehouse and event settings Track record of managing emergency response equipment and supplies Ability to establish working relationships with emergency responders and related agency officials Ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to balance multiple high-priority projects in a fast paced and time sensitive environment Familiarity with a variety of data management systems and approaches Effective communicator and proven track record to deliver clear, concise, and consistent messages in written and verbal formats to both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with chemical and hazardous materials response including training is desired but not mandatory Description Description This position is responsible for leading the global incident program for EHS including the investigation process, emergency responses and incident trend analysis.
As part of our team, you will:
- Support SCV team with local incident responses by working with Security, Facilities and Site teams to ensure local events are supported through out the event
- Assure incidents are reported in a timely manner with appropriate levels of investigation and follow-up
- Review incident trend data to look for systemic or recurring issues that need more global attention
- Review and assess emergency response strategies worldwide
- Design, propose, implement global emergency response and investigative processes appropriate signage and standard operating procedures
- Manage the global incident management data technology
- Oversee the EHS incident investigation process to ensure globally consistent evaluation of significant incidents
- Partner with EHS operations teams to understand emergency potentials and their lines of business
- Ensure emergency and incident investigation related training is available in all Apple sites and compliant to local regulations Education & Experience Education & Experience BS/MS in Emergency Response, EHS or related
10 + years Corporate EHS or Emergency Response experience

This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $166,900 and $250,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
