The successful candidate will overlook a group of Change Leads dedicated to the SAP program, within the broader Change Management team under the AppleCare Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Planning, Portfolio and Change (PPC) team. This team is responsible for: delivering change management on SAP system/process implementations; providing change management training, tools, templates and support to our internal BPR Project Managers (PMs) for the SLM program. This role is responsible for a team of SLM Change Managers in their delivery of this work, while also following the Apple-developed methodology to provide change management on multiple strategic programs/projects of their own. This role involves management along with heavy project delivery, working with the AppleCare and cross-functional project and functional teams based in the US, EMEIA and APAC. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications Extensive experience in leading change projects and large organizational change initiatives including experience with change management concepts, tools and implementations (i.e. Prosci). Project management experience. Ability to prioritize efficiently and lead a team. Ability to interact, gain trust, negotiate with and solicit action from partners from multicultural backgrounds in verbal, written and presentation forms. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail with ability to analyze quickly. Flexible, resourceful, detail-oriented and a self starter. Ability to identify and implement improvement opportunities. Deliver all work with a foundation of adaptability, collaboration, accountability, integrity, and inclusion. SAP implementation experience is a plus. Description Description You will deliver change management on a multi-year program, which will include partner analysis, change impact analysis, communication/training plans, and adoption monitoring/handoff plans. Manage a team of Global SLM Change Leads in their project execution, assisting with design and execution of change management plans. Establish and maintain strong working relationships and appropriate communication with leaders, peers and the broader change team members. Partner with the larger Change Management team to deliver and evolve training for Project Managers and other partners on organizational change process, tools and templates, acting as a reference point for queries and information. Work well with key partners, and influence multiple levels of the business to solicit action and agreement to inspire change forward. Actively resolve critical issues and conflicts to avoid negative impact to the project and team members. Work independently while providing transparency and status reporting to project team, change management team and leadership.
