If you are looking to help us reimagine the world, come join us: This position will be supporting the Network of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence at the Edge or The dAIEDGE Project commissioned by the European Union. The main objective is drones & other devices can make decisions in a few milliseconds by processing data directly at the point of origin. This ultimately will be an accelerator for many new applications in areas such as autonomous driving, personalized digital assistance and intelligent service robots. Responsibilities Oversee the successful completion of the dAIEDGE project Develop and manage relationships with partners and third parties Ensure that the project is delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget Lead tasks completion as described in the Grant Agreement Supervise and control project milestones, tasks, scope, timelines, and expenses Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs Report and escalate to management as needed Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Oversee the deployment of the solutions developed under the project Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication Help define roles and responsibilities within the project Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the business and the documentation requirements Ensure technical accuracy/clarity of copy used in product marketing, website, decks, press releases, project documentation and other written materials Review, comment, analyze, and repurpose source materials including research, patents, white papers, presentations, illustrations, and reference examples Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience Pursuing cutting edge ML research both independently and as part of a team. Developing ML theory, constructing ML implementations at scale and publishing papers. Great-to-have Have a background from academia, industry or a combination of both Demonstrated track record of publishing on Active Inference Experience at the cutting edge of machine learning research Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures Excellent written skills in English Bonus – Familiar with IEEE standards editing process or similar: https://standards.ieee.org/faqs/coordination/
