We are looking for a desktop support engineer to support our IT infrastructure and global team. Your Mission: Responsible for configuring workstations for deployment Providing report support to end-users who are working off-site Supporting mobile devices Perform routine maintenance on software and hardware Training users on how to use devices and services effectively and efficiently Respond to incidents, problems, and support requests for hardware and software-related issues Complete audits as required for accounts, inventory, and services Deploy Zero-Touch onboarding as well as Zero-Trust standards Receive and ship company equipment Efficiently give step-by-step instructions from a remote setting Great to Have: BS in Computer Science or equivalent years of work experience 3+ years experience in desktop support function, experience in hybrid and global work environments preferred Basic Knowledge of Zero-trust pillars Understanding of email troubleshooting Expert knowledge of MacOS, Windows OS Linux knowledge is a plus Expert knowledge of Android and iOS In-depth knowledge of deployment methodologies Demonstrate knowledge of all security concepts of the CIA triad Ability to ask precise questions in order to diagnose problems Able to work from home and be productive The ideal candidate would be located in the Colorado region, but will consider qualified candidates in North America.
