THE OPPORTUNITY Join the Betterview team as a Business Development Representative (BDR) and be the face of exceptional customer outcomes. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our marketing and sales teams to identify key accounts, individuals, and unique attributes for outreach. Your mission: Establish and nurture strong relationships that drive Betterview towards exceeding annual sales and marketing targets, all while staying within budget. This position will include a competitive base salary plus commission, and offers substantial rewards for top performers. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full sales position or help continue to build out the marketing BDR team. The WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING below prepares you for a position in sales or marketing. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Generating the pipeline required for the company to achieve its sales plan. Engaging with potential customers to uncover their pain points and collaborating with sales and marketing to craft messaging that positions Betterview as the ideal solution. Applying modern marketing and sales techniques e.g., ABM to create, nurture, and close new sales opportunities. Working alongside sales and marketing to outline plans to assist prospects in their discovery process. Collaborating with sales representatives to develop outbound and inbound sequences, guiding prospects through the buyer’s journey and ultimately converting them into valued customers. This includes participating in deal reviews. Mastering the company’s value proposition, product offering, and any pertinent partnerships, effectively conveying these to potential customers. You will pitch the company, product, value proposition, etc. Partnering with Customer Experience to pinpoint upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing customer base. Maintaining clear and effective communication with both customers and fellow team members. Harnessing the power of industry-leading tools such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Hubspot, and other solutions to maximize their potential.
