You’re excited about upholding a culture of disciplined pipeline creation, opportunity management, and forecasting processes for a high volume business.  While this job posting uses "El Segundo, CA" as the location, please note this role is currently being recruited for remote work or reporting to headquarters if within commuting distance.  What You'll Do Lead a team of experienced AM Managers to deliver consistent performance in renewal, expansion, and cross sell Run a large volume renewal business through one-to-many strategies and tactics Champion rigorous processes for opportunity management, pipeline creation, and forecasting Leverage technology to deliver a high quality outreach and renewal process for a large number of low-spend clients Appropriately identify, diagnose, and solve challenges that impact revenue performance Build productive partnerships with key stakeholders in Product, Customer Experience, Customer Marketing, and Revenue Operations Partner with AM Managers to create and make progress on career and skill development goals Uphold and execute on a behaviors-based coaching philosophy that encourages and rewards a growth mindset  Enforce and drive exceptional Salesforce hygiene Who You Are 7+ years in an revenue management role in SaaS 4+ years in a direct people-management role Committed to the growth and success of your team Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals in a high volume business Passion for technology and the fast-paced environment of a high growth company Experience in Ed Tech is a plus What We Offer  Competitive pay, complete health insurance, 401(k) matching, bonuses, and an employee stock option plan. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
