About the Role:
As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and engaging top talent for our Phoenix Servicing Center roles. This role is critical to the success of our recruiting efforts as it is the first step in finding the right candidates for our team. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will work closely with our recruiters to understand our hiring needs and develop creative sourcing strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
What You’ll Do:
Use various sourcing techniques (social media, job boards, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and engage top talent
Screen resumes and interview potential candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for our company culture
Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
Collaborate with recruiters to understand hiring needs, provide market intelligence, and recommend sourcing strategies
Continuously optimize sourcing strategies and processes to improve efficiency and results
Develop strong relationships with potential candidates and provide a positive candidate experience
What We Look For:
2+ years of experience in talent sourcing or related field
Strong sourcing skills and ability to use various sourcing tools and techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assess candidate qualifications and fit for our company
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Familiarity with applicant tracking
Ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business
Must be a quick learner with a knack for finding creative solutions
Positive attitude with a passion for supporting business needs
Strong ambitions to grow within the role
Nice to Have:
Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
