What you will do
Guiding the team in developing and implementing APJ regional marketing programs to build awareness, demand generation, pipeline and revenue objectives in Sysdig’s top APJ markets.
Will be directly responsible for developing and executing ANZ marketing territory demand generation programs to drive to pipeline and revenue objectives
Working closely with the APJ sales and BDR leadership team to ensure seamless lead management; ongoing feedback and collaboration; and creative approaches to building and accelerating pipeline generation.
Adapting and leveraging existing global content development for the interests and needs of the regional audiences.
Represent marketing to the field, create annual and quarterly marketing plans, campaigns/programs, targets and spend for assigned sales regions
Communicate program status, action items, results, and deliverables across marketing and sales and provide feedback and priorities to marketing regarding local requirements
Design & execute the region’s virtual and in-person tradeshows, hosted events and other activities to support pipeline goals
Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part enterprise ABM, digital, and event programs in central territories that include technology and channel partners
Effectively manage and maximize your regional program budget for APAC and ANZ markets
Working closely with the Sysdig Communications/PR team and local PR agencies to build brand awareness through local media angles and customer stories.
What you will bring with you
7+ years APAC marketing experience in a high growth B2B technology environment
have successfully led marketing teams and programs in ANZ, ASEAN, and Japan.
Proven track record of executing innovative and multi-faceted event and demand generation programs in a B2B enterprise software environment
Proven experience balancing multiple sales territories
Ability to provide consultative input to senior sales leaders
Able to engage customers and partners in a dialogue about their business and container intelligence solution needs
Fluency in English, and are confident running both internal and customer-facing communications, with language proficiency in Japanese, Chinese, or Korean a plus.
Have expanded marketing presence from a couple countries to multiple countries, developing a customized and local approach to each region.
