People & Culture Director
About the role:
Conducts regular meetings with Managers and Directors.
Consults with line management, providing P&C and business strategy advice when needed.
Analyzes metrics and trends in collaboration with the P&C group to develop programs, solutions, and policies.
Manages and resolves employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations of company policies.
Maintains advanced knowledge of legal requirements related to the daily management of team members, ensuring regulatory compliance and reducing legal risks.
Provides regular performance management guidance to management, such as counseling, disciplinary actions, coaching, and career development.
Works with team members and management to build morale, improve work relationships, and increase productivity.
Provides P&C policy interpretation and guidance.
Develops contract terms for promotions, new hires, and transfers.
Assists local and international team members with P&C related matters.
Identifies training needs for individual coaching needs and business units.
Analyzing and reporting out on data trends. Data based guidance and recommendations.
Ability to interpret, apply and comprehend sections of applicable ordinances, guidelines, regulations, and policies. Ability to acquire a detailed understanding of the organization’s qualifications, jobs, hierarchy, and practices related to these factors.
We are looking for someone who has:
7+ years previous experience as an HR / People & Culture Business Partner.
Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines in a multi-task, fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, customer service, and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
Time management skills and an ability to meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical skills.
Experience working for a U.S. based company strongly preferred.
Very good knowledge of the Labor Code.
