You will lead and drive the quality assurance efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute comprehensive testing strategies and plans. In addition, you will mentor and guide junior QA engineers, sharing your expertise and promoting a culture of quality within the team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA professional to make a significant impact on the success of our product. Lead and drive the planning, design, and execution of test strategies and plans for the TestComplete product. Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide input on design and architecture. Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts using TestComplete or similar tools. Conduct performance, scalability, and reliability testing to ensure the product meets high-quality standards. Identify, track, and manage defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA or similar platforms. Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, providing technical expertise and promoting best practices in software testing. Continuously improve testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness. Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in software testing and quality assurance. We are looking for you if you have: 5+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance roles. Proven experience in leading and driving quality assurance efforts for complex software products. Strong knowledge of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices. Expertise in test automation using tools like TestComplete, Selenium, or similar frameworks. Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Perl, or VBScript. Proficiency in API testing techniques and tools. Working knowledge of tools like JIRA, Confluence, and JMeter. Experience with performance testing tools and techniques. Familiarity with Jenkins, GitHub, Agile methodologies, DevOps, and continuous delivery. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication, leadership, and mentoring abilities. BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience. Proficiency in English at least at a B2 level.
