About the Role: We’re looking for a sharp marketing operations leader who is strategic and tactical. You’ll be a trusted advisor to our go-to-market teams and help recommend and execute efficient and delightful customer experiences that increase our market presence and accelerate our pipeline. You’ll help enable our business with key insights from how our customers engage with us and establish confidence in our data and processes that allow our GTM teams to serve our customers in the best way possible.  What success from this role looks like: Significant reduction of friction in our customer buying/sales processes Connected digital and operational experiences that delight prospects/customers and grow pipeline Faster decision-making across the business powered by insights from a connected customer data strategy and precise funnel analysis Clarity and understanding of operational processes that bring alignment to sales, marketing and customer success teams Confidence in the quality and accuracy of our data How you'll make an impact: Identify operational gaps and help build a connected customer data strategy Develop and execute integrated digital journeys across priority segments in partnership with go-to-market teams Own marketing technology strategy, scale existing processes and define new methods and tools to remove friction Own the development and continuous optimization of lead qualification and intent scoring models. Partnering with demand, sales, product marketing and others for criteria Document operations processes and strategies, train cross-functional teams, and enable the adoption of optimized processes across the business  Build SLAs and visibility for lead engagement and follow-up in partnership with sales and business development Manage lead/customer data, including advanced segmentation, routing and reporting Continuously test, cleanse and optimize - build reliability and confidence in our data  Define and operate sophisticated engagement/lead lifecycle programs that serve the buyer journeys across multiple segments, including nurture and reactivation programs  Own attribution strategy and enable successful operation of bizible and other technologies that unlock marketing performance insights Analyze and advise on funnel insights related to marketing campaign and operational performance in partnership with sales operations and analytics teams What would make you a good fit: 5 years of marketing operations experience  2 years of working experience with Marketo and Salesforce Strong digital acumen and demonstrated understanding of customer intent journeys Demonstrated approach to documentation and cross-functional adoption of operational processes Strong knowledge of intent scoring and lead lifecycle operations, including nurture and trigger-based programs Proficiency in data governance and data hygiene Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager Working knowledge of Tableau or other BI tools Advanced user of excel or google sheets  Self-motivated, resourceful and a bias towards action Exceptional communication and cross-functional leadership skills  Bonus Points For: Marketo Certified Salesforce Certified Outreach Certified JS/HTML/CSS editing Compensation:  The annual base salary range for this position is $144,500 - $170,000*. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience.
