As Sr. Manager, GTM Process & Analytics, you will be responsible for the design, development, and continuous improvement of the processes, systems, key performance metrics, operational reporting, and other supporting analytics to enable effective execution and measurement of Smartsheet’s strategic go-to-market operations. You will partner closely with leaders in Sales, Customer Excellence, Marketing, IT, Finance Operations, Business Intelligence, and peers within the Revenue Operations organization to develop success criteria for go-to-market initiatives, identify data collection and reporting requirements, develop reporting solutions and operational dashboards, identify cross-functional process and system improvements, and educate the organization on best practices for scaling Smartsheet’s go-to-market operation.
You will report to the Senior Director, GTM Operations. This is a remote eligible position and you may work remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is registered.
You Will:
Design, develop, and report on key performance metrics for prioritized go-to-market initiatives, interpret and communicate results to senior leadership, using strong analytical abilities to recommend changes or improvements to initiatives and/or supporting systems and processes
Serve as key contributor to the intake and prioritization process for go-to-market initiatives
Design, develop, and manage operational reporting, dashboards, and processes to support effective field execution on strategic go-to-market initiatives
Identify process and technology improvement opportunities to scale Smartsheet’s go-to-market operations and develop build-vs.-buy recommendations
Lead and grow a team of high-performing operations specialists and analysts
You Have:
8+ years of experience leading sales analytics, sales process design and development, and sales systems and tool development and implementation in the sales operations, revenue operations, business operations, finance operations, or similar functions in the B2B software industry
Experience managing teams of operations specialists and/or analysts focused on sales, services, support, and customer success
Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce and Tableau
Ability to write basic SQL scripts, and ability to read advanced SQL
Experience with marketing and revenue automation tools (e.g. Marketo and LeanData) a plus

Smartsheet provides a competitive range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $145,800 to $210,600 | All other US States: $135,000 to $195,000.
