Smartsheet is looking for an entry-level Procurement Specialist to work with and support its Procurement team. You will work with the Procurement, Legal, Finance, and Accounting departments, supporting the purchasing process from Procure to Pay.

You will report to the Senior Procurement Manager who is located at our headquarters in Bellevue, WA.
You Will
Coordinate and monitor Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders through approval process
Support contract signature process from original routing, countersignature, and upload into a contracts repository
Develop expertise in multiple categories by analyzing spending and volume patterns
Prepare RF(x) and support Procurement and teams in the sourcing process, including monitoring for incoming vendor responses and documenting bid comparisons
Prepare summary documents of negotiated pricing and contract terms and conditions
Work with our business partners to determine specific needs of the business
Identify vendors with the capability to meet our requirements
You Have:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination education and experience
1+ years of experience procuring indirect spend categories
Strong ability to communicate effectively with business owners, legal, vendors, and procurement staff
High degree of organization, ability to multi-task and follow processes
Strong office software experience
