Grid, Gantt and Card Views are the heart of the Smartsheet experience. As the Product Manager Intern for the Smartsheet Views team, you will be part of our efforts to build exceptional collaborative work management experiences for our core application. You will develop new capabilities that address the needs of project, portfolio, and process managers, empowering them to drive meaningful change in their organizations.

This is a remote internship at Smartsheet, based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months. The rate of pay for this role is $30.00 hourly.
You Will:
Be a valued member of our product team and be mentored by an experienced product manager.
Analyze customer feedback, and market and competitive trends, to deliver insights that will inform the product roadmap.
Guide one or more features/enhancements through implementation and launch, crafting product requirements and drafting launch/training collateral, breaking the work into a well-prioritized plan, and making the call on prioritization and trade-offs where necessary.
Create and communicate a compelling vision for your project area and craft product requirements.
Report on metrics for your project area, and use analytics to improve our features and roadmap.
Collaborate across teams including Engineering, Design, UX Design, UX Research, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales.
You Have:
Technical or business degree track. User experience design, software engineering coursework, or equivalent experience working with engineers to make product design decisions on behalf of customers.
Passion to make customers and colleagues successful and pride in creating delightful customer experiences.
Rising college senior or recent graduate or equivalent.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The ability to make data-driven decisions and gain buy-in from peers and leaders.
Experience working collaboratively and delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
