Design Systems Intern

The Design System's team translates the work of our UX partners into repeatable, scalable components, patterns and solutions. We help UX and Engineering teams build consistent experiences across all of Smartsheet, quickly. In 2005, Smartsheet was founded on the idea that teams and millions of people worldwide deserve a better way to deliver their very best work. This is a full-time remote internship based in the USA. You will report to a Smartsheet Manager for 12 weeks over the summer months.  The rate of pay for this role i s $30.00 hourly. You Will: Help define and refine our Design System components. Support UX designers as they use the design system. Help us grow the concepts in the Design system beyond a kit of components and into an interconnected, robust ecosystem of user experiences. You Have: Online portfolio demonstrating a human-centered approach to designing products, and showcasing a background in UX, interaction, and visual design. Passion for creating a high-quality user experience, down to those little details that matter. Strong collaboration and communication skills, curiosity, and eagerness to learn and grow. This internship requires US work authorization or Legal authorization to work in the United States.
