ABOUT THE TEAM MURAL is looking for a Senior Enablement Manager to join our Revenue Operations team within Mural’s Centralized Operations org. You will collaborate closely with various cross-functional teams including Sales, Product Marketing, Legal, and Project Management to prioritize and deliver scalable enablement programs YOUR MISSION In this role, your mission is to enhance seller efficiency and effectiveness through outcome-based enablement programs. You will report to Mural’s Director of Revenue Enablement WHAT YOU'LL DO Create, plan, and deliver engaging and effective coaching and sales methodology programs for sales and customer success teams. Track and report ROI of these programs.  Advise frontline managers on effective coaching strategies through training programs and individual mentorship Regularly shadow reps to assess sales skills and processes and identify areas for improvement Responsible for all aspects of new hire onboarding programs, including initial revenue team onboarding, creation of strategic 30, 60, 90-day plans per role, training content creation, scheduling and coordination, creation and deployment or delivery of on-demand courseware, creating coaching activities, and instructor-led sales training. Support the sales process at all stages; from lead generation through win/loss and key account planning and management. WHAT YOU'LL BRING 5+ years’ experience in sales or revenue enablement; must have relevant experience directly developing and/or delivering sales training and coaching Experience with enablement technologies including Salesforce, call recording solutions such as Chorus/Gong, and Workramp. Extensive knowledge of sales management best practices, including pipeline management, forecast accuracy, sales playbook discipline, Experience delivering sales training programs in a remote work environment Sales methodology experience is a huge plus The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks and be adaptable to change. For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this role ranges from $122,200 - $152,700 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
