YOUR MISSION
You will play a critical role in driving the strategic alignment of our people and business objectives. You will be the bridge between our executive team and the broader organization, guiding and implementing key people initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, talent management, and employee engagement. Your mission will be to empower our executives with strategic insights and actionable solutions, ultimately contributing to the success and growth of Mural.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Serve as a strategic advisor and business partner to executives, providing insights and recommendations on talent strategies and organizational development.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of People Business Partners to ensure alignment with Mural's mission, vision, and values.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute people-related initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Drive the implementation and integration of HR programs, policies, and practices to ensure consistency and alignment across the organization.
Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational challenges, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Lead Change Management initiatives, ensuring effective communication behind organizational changes, promoting seamless transitions and fostering employee buy-in.
Empower teams across the organization to perform at their best, resulting in increased productivity, innovation, and successful execution of organizational objectives.
You are not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the role - no job is too big or small.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
7+ years of experience as an HRBP, with at least 3 years managing a team of strategic business partners, in the saas sector.
You are a collaborative, thoughtful HR leader who has proven ability to influence at the executive team level with global teams.
Proven success in aligning HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational development, and influencing executive decision-making.
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering growth and empowerment within the organization.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this role ranges from $178,000 - $222,000 + equity + benefits. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for variable compensation.
