About the Job The People and Talent team is looking for a Sr. HR Program Manager who will take ownership of several of the People team programs that contribute to our strong company culture. This role contributes to the employee experience and culture strategy to build outstanding employee experiences, fosters an environment where people feel they belong, and cultivates engagement to support a high-performance organization. This position reports to the Chief People Officer.  Our ideal candidate has demonstrated responsibility for surfacing opportunities to drive engagement in an organization, identifying potential solutions, developing and launching programs that drive related business outcomes,  and soliciting feedback for continual improvement.  The US-based salary range for this position is $153,000-$200,000. We take into consideration an individual's background and experience in determining final salary- therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity. What You’ll Do Own the design and execution of the Employee Engagement strategy Drive our approach to remote first work including researching and identifying opportunities to evolve our systems, processes, norms and ways we think about distributed work Identify and create opportunities and programs to cultivate a culture of recognition in support of our company values Work closely with the VP of Internal Communications on the internal communication strategy including identifying an ongoing listening strategy to solicit employee feedback. Develop, implement, and monitor programs that promote diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging within the company with a focus on attracting, hiring, and retaining a diverse workplace. Contribute to the design of the engagement survey and response to feedback at the company level Ensure all programs and processes are scalable to support the business as it grows. Stay current on external trends, best practices and technology in both employee engagement and workplace strategy to optimize the ability to deliver an exceptional employee experience  Develop a deep understanding of our employees’ needs and preferences, with a keen focus on our business priorities to impact employee experience and engagement. Perform ongoing evaluations of employee engagement & experience programs to determine effectiveness and manage continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For 7+ years of experience in identifying opportunities and developing people programs to drive high levels of engagement Comfortable in dealing with complex issues and is seen as a problem-solver Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.  Takes an approach of experimentation and iteration and continual learning Strong collaborator and business partner.  Able to navigate difficult conversations and influence outcomes.
