Overview The people operations specialist is the first line of defense when it comes to all people-system related inquiries.This action-oriented person will navigate problems and challenges with a high degree of ownership, and have the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. They will be a utility player who can operate in a variety of different people related functions, while driving operational efficiency. The Recharge People Operations team is responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of the entire employee life cycle (from onboarding to offboarding). We are people-driven, and prioritize the support of our Recharge employees, assisting and navigating challenges with empathy and ownership. Our goal is to enhance the Recharge employee experience by humanizing systems and processes.  What you’ll do Utilize a people-driven & analytical approach to manage various administrative and operational tasks related to the employee lifecycle Be the main point of contact for our team to service people system and data related inquiries with sense of urgency Partner closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the best people processes and practices are designed and implemented, with empathy for the end user Develop, maintain, and evangelize people system support resources, and documentation Participate in a wide range of people related projects and duties What you’ll bring 2+ years working in a generalist or people operations role 2+ years of administration experience in an HRIS Passion for continuous improvement, looking ahead for ways to enhance the employee experience Analytical thinking: be able to perform root cause analysis on any system-related issues that arise  Action oriented: operate with a high degree of ownership and urgency Ability to handle sensitive data with discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Excel including functions and formulas Comfortable with switching gears quickly and ability to adapt to changing business needs Strong desire to grow in any and all people-related functions  Experience working in a fast-paced, fully-remote environment preferred Recharge  |  Instagram  |  Twitter  |  Facebook Recharge Payments is an equal opportunity employer.
